Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for:

  • Responsible for designing and executing online marketing strategies to promote a brand, products, or services across the various digital marketing channels. 
  • Handles supervising other members of the digital marketing team.

 

This role requires knowledge of all the areas of digital marketing, not just a single discipline. Along with creating the strategies for the main marketing channels, a Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for:

  • Communicating with clients to explain the benefits of investing in digital marketing
  • Designing the digital marketing strategy as a whole, ensuring that each channel plays its part
  • Explaining the strategy to clients and other vested parties
  • Monitoring the performance of the strategy

CREATIVE & INTERACTIVE DESIGNER

Creative & Interactive Designer is responsible for:

  • To help create outstanding digital products and experiences for some of the country’s most exciting brands.
  • This position will have full autonomy on products and will shape the approach and strategic direction. As part of a collaborative diverse product team, you’ll help set the vision for end-to-end user experiences and work hands-on to turn that vision into reality. 
  • You will be passionate about developing beautiful, meaningful, human-centred products that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll use that passion to exceed client expectations, inspire your co-workers, and help us build our product capabilities across the studio.
  • Guide conceptual thinking across project and pitch work.
  • Design excellent user experiences/visuals through sketches, design comps and interaction/animation design.
  • Explain your vision through storyboards, interactive page layouts, prototypes, and simulations
  • Craft beautiful, on-brand presentations for internal work (e.g. pitches) and client workshops/meetings.

Video Editor is responsible for:

  • Manage the development timeline and budget of the videos.
  • Brainstorm video concepts and create storyboards and scripts to be reviewed by the marketing team.
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
  • Suggest and make recommendations based on latest online and digital trends to the team to inspire and to create engaging contents or videos.
  • Support ad-hoc projects to develop publicity or marketing materials, video production, troubleshooting, and other related supporting roles.
  • Filming and editing video content, including creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, etc.
  • Designs, transports, sets up and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
  • Plan video shoots: scout, select and reserve shooting locations
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media

 

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a Degree with at least 2-year experience in Video Producer/Videography, preferably with video editing, social media channel (YouTube/Facebook) managing, live broadcast experience etc.

Junior Account Executive is responsible for:

We are looking for an innovative junior Account Executive to execute media planning for BNM clientele. This includes determining the client’s needs, coordinating the creative process, recommending solutions, implementation of planning and relationship management. The goal is to deliver the best possible outcome for BNM clientele. Having good industry knowledge and exposure to relevant brands are key aspects of this role.
